Six13

   Six13 is a groundbreaking, critically acclaimed six-man a cappella vocal group bringing an unprecedented style and energy to Jewish music.  They sound fantastic and put original Jewish lyrics, mostly to modern American tunes.  For an example of Hanukkah songs set to Elton John, click HERE . They have lots of videos that you can watch and listen to on youtube.com.  

On December 8, we hosted the Six13 at EBJC.  The event was co-sponsored by EBJC Sisterhood, EBJC Men's Club, and B'Nai Tikvah Sisterhood.  The event was sold out and went off without a hitch.  Thanks to all the volunteers who worked to pull it off, and thanks to all who attended.  Thanks, in particular to our many sponsors who made it financially possible!  There was lots of ruach and everyone in attendance thoroughly enjoyed the performance.  We are thinking of doing another program next year, but it will be hard to top this one!
