RABBI SEARCH - FOCUS GROUPS - Let your voice be heard
We are happy to announce that the Rabbinic Search Committee has met several times and is making every effort to involve our families in finding a Rabbi to fit our needs. To this effort, we will be forming focus groups and sincerely hope that you will take the time to attend a group, either in person or via Zoom. We feel that this is a very important step when deciding and explaining to the Rabbinic Assembly what we are looking for in a new Rabbi. We want to hear the opinion of every member. Every voice has meaning and is important to us.
Focus groups will be run by trained facilitators and will be in groups of 15 or less (in-person or on Zoom). This will give everyone an opportunity to be heard. There are no "silly" answers or comments and no judgments will be made.
Please complete the registration form below. We ask that you sign up for only one session, Zoom or in person. Additionally, if more than 15 people sign up for the same date/time slot, we will separate into multiple groups. Social distancing will be taken into account and mask wearing will be encouraged.

We truly hope that you take the time to participate. Each session should last no more than an hour to an hour and 15 minutes as they will be guided by the facilitator.
The responses will be reviewed by the committee and will be used when completing the forms to the Rabbinic Assembly. We will share your responses with the congregation as well! We are fully committed to being open, transparent and communicative throughout the entire search process.
